1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, mobile application, or using Chargeonix™ EV charging stations and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To utilize certain features of the Chargeonix™ network, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.

3. EV Charging Station Usage & Safety

When operating any Chargeonix™ charging station, you agree to comply with all posted safety instructions and guidelines:

• Inspect charging connectors, cables, and vehicle inlets for visible damage prior to use.
• Do not attempt to modify, tamper with, or dismantle any charging equipment.
• Return charging connectors safely to their designated holsters after completing your session.
• Chargeonix™ is not liable for damages resulting from uncertified third-party adapters or vehicle electrical defects.

4. Tariffs, Payments & Overstay Fees

Charging session fees are calculated based on electricity delivered (per kWh), connection time (per minute), session start fees, or applicable station tariffs displayed in the Chargeonix™ app.

Idle fees may apply if your vehicle remains connected to a charging station after charging is complete. You authorize Chargeonix™ to charge your linked payment method for all incurred session fees and applicable overstay charges.

5. User License & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Chargeonix™'s website or mobile app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. All content, trademarks, logos, and software remain the exclusive property of Chargeonix™.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our network or cloud infrastructure, interfere with station operations, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages Chargeonix™ equipment.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to ensure continuous availability of our charging network; however, services may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, hardware repairs, grid outages, or emergency safety measures without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

The materials and services on Chargeonix™'s website and charging network are provided "as is". Chargeonix™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Chargeonix™ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on Chargeonix™'s website or charging stations.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

11. Changes to Terms

Chargeonix™ may revise these terms of service for its website and charging network at any time without notice. By using this website or our charging services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
