Cloud CMS 101: Managing 1,000+ Chargers Remotely
An overview of the Chargeonix™ Central Management System — remote diagnostics, load balancing, and revenue tracking in real time.

What The Cloud CMS Actually Does
Chargeonix™ Cloud CMS is the web-based B2B platform that every fleet operator, partner station owner, and charge point operator uses to manage chargers at scale. It is the single pane of glass for: live status of every charger, kWh and revenue reports, remote firmware and configuration updates, driver reservation and queue management, dynamic load balancing, API integrations with fleet ERP systems, and proactive alerts before things break.

Fleet Operator Dashboard — A Walkthrough
Our flagship customer, a 380-vehicle last-mile logistics fleet in Gurugram, logs into the Fleet dashboard every morning. What they see: (1) Live telemetry — 34 on-site chargers, 3 at 100kW delivery bays, status of each connector. (2) Smart scheduling — the CMS automatically assigns each returning delivery van the next available charger slot based on today's manifest. (3) Monthly automated reports split by depot, shift, and vehicle ID — reconciled directly with their Zoho Books accounting via API. Result for the customer: 28% lower electricity bill through off-peak smart charging, 100% charging compliance across their fleet.
Partner Station Dashboard — Revenue & P&L
A petrol-pump station partner sees a very different view: real-time per-kWh revenue, daily settlement with payment gateways, split of revenue vs. DISCOM cost vs. Chargeonix™ platform fee, automated TDS/GST ledger downloads, and — critically — a 'lost revenue' widget that highlights sessions where a connector was offline during a peak period. If a charger goes down, our in-app WhatsApp ticket system automatically opens a ticket with the area service engineer, complete with GPS and diagnostics.
Remote Diagnostics & 92% First-Contact Resolution
Before the CMS, our service engineers drove an average of 260 km per field call, 40% of which were non-hardware issues (a stuck connector, an offline SIM, a BMS timeout). Now, our 24×7 NOC remotely resolves 92% of tickets within 15 minutes: reboot the OCPP controller, push a BMS compatibility patch, cycle the contactor, or switch to a backup cellular network profile.
Integrations & Custom Deployments
Chargeonix™ Cloud CMS exposes a full REST+Webhook API and supports OCPP 1.6 + 2.0.1. We integrate natively with: SAP Business One, Zoho Finance, Tally Prime (export ledgers), Google Maps (for driver discovery), Jio-bp & PlugPoint aggregator networks, and custom fleet telematics systems. For enterprise customers, we offer on-prem or VPC deployment of the CMS stack with SSO (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace).
